Club Subscriptions

When clicking “Review and Purchase”, you agree to purchasing a renewing subscription on either a monthly or quarterly basis based on your club membership. For monthly and quarterly members, you may cancel your membership with a full refund any time before the 20th of each billing month by emailing info@toasst.co. Any orders that have already been identified as “shipped” or “processed” cannot be cancelled. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, you will receive a full refund as long as we have received your request to cancel in writing before the 20th of the same calendar month.

Gift Subscriptions

When clicking “Review and Purchase”, you agree to purchasing a renewing subscription for a 3rd party with a prepaid 3, 6, or 12 month club membership. As with our other club memberships, customers may choose to cancel before the 20th of each month by emailing info@toasst.co

Cancellation Policy

TOASST Club subscriptions and wine club gifts that have a duration of 3, 6 or 12 months are prepaid at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable. TOASST wine subscriptions and wine club gifts that are monthly or quarterly may be canceled if the customer contacts TOASST via email or phone, no later than the 20th prior to next scheduled delivery date (eg. the second week of the following month), to terminate the subscription.

Monthly & Quarterly Wine Club Billing

Subscriptions renew on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on your club membership and your sign-up date. 

Toasst wine boxes are shipped monthly or quarterly to members during the second week of each month. Customers who purchase a TOASST subscription on or prior to the 1st day of the month will be included in the next scheduled club shipment. Customers who purchase a TOASST subscription after the 1st day of the month will be included in the following month's shipment.

Exchanges for damages bottles

Please contact our wine specialists at info@toasst.co within 24 hours of delivery to report broken, corked or otherwise damaged products and to request an exchange.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

TOASST offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any wines you don't love. Please contact our wine specialists at info@toasst.co for assistance and we will send you replacement bottles for any wines you are unsatisfied with. Club members are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition.

Purchasing wine club products from toasst.co is absolutely safe and secure. In an effort to protect your privacy, toasst.co uses the latest technology to keep your personal information safe. Credit card transactions are handled by an accredited third-party financial institution, which receives credit card and other personal information for verification purposes and to process transactions.

TOASST reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our site. Toasst Ltd. is not responsible and shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by, or arising from, the consumption of the merchandise sold to its customers.
