How is TOASST different
than traditional wine retail?

Remember the last sommelier who recommended a wine you had never heard of before that stole your heart? We want to bring that same sense of wonder every time you receive your TOASST box through our wine subscription service. By working with our network of distributor partners and winemakers, we seek the hidden gems, up-and-coming wineries, and regions you have never heard of before to bring a world of discovery. No more endless searching on a website or last-minute buys at retail - with our subscription membership you get a TOASST box with wines we stand by, delivered direct to your doorstep.  

Since every wine holds a story, each box you receive will come with a TOASST tasting guide -. We’ll be with you, every step of your wine journey. 

How many bottles of wines
are included with each TOASST box?

There are 6 bottles of wines included with each standard TOASST box. In a Mixed box there are 3 different types of reds and 3 different types of whites. In a Red or White TOASST box, there are 2 bottles of each of 3 types of red or white wines.

Can I change my TOASST box from Red, White, or Mixed
to another type of TOASST Box?

Yes of course! Members can update their subscriptions club memberships by emailing info@toasst.co 

What kind of wines will I get
with each shipment?

Your TOASST box comes with high quality wines sourced from around the world. Every wine is a “find” in our eyes. Think independent estate bottled wines, unique winemaking practices and winemakers, or lesser known regions which deserve to be found. What do they all have in common? They are delicious, and drinkable now.

How can I reorder specific wines?

We are so glad you loved your TOASST selection! Contact your TOASST Concierge at info@toasst.coand we will be happy to help you to reorder that favorite wine (supplies limited). Please note that shipping costs may apply, subject to reorder quantity. 

When does my TOASST box ship?

Deliveries occur between the first and second week of each month pending public holidays and inventory levels.

How many bottles of wines are included with each TOASST box?

When does my membership renew?

Your membership is valid until you tell us otherwise and renews on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on your subscription terms. Members can cancel or pause their subscription by the 20th of the month prior to their next shipment.Please note that requests for pauses in subscription can only be done once per year.  

Gift memberships are prepaid, valid for the length of the gift and only renew with a sign-up from the gift recipient. 

Can I change my TOASST box from Red, White, or Mixed to another type of TOASST Box?

Where do you ship?

Our partners deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. Some time restrictions may apply for delivery windows in select areas. To ensure that the wines are safely received, please note that deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We will work with you to find the most convenient time for delivery. 

Can I pause my membership?

You can pause your subscription with no penalty once a year - simply let us know by the 20th of the month prior to your next shipment. Shipments are delivered between the first and second week of every month.

(or Cancellation Policy)

We understand, sometimes life throws a curveball and you need to move or (gasp) cut back a bit. Should you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so with no penalty. Contact us by the 20th of the month before your shipment is due to arrive and we will get you sorted.

How do I give a gift subscription?

We love gifting too! A monthly TOASST box will thrill the someone lucky enough to receive that box from you. At checkout, you will find a selection for gifting. Click through and your gift will be on its way! If you would like to purchase larger quantities for holidays or corporate gifting, contact info@toasst.co and we will be happy to assist.
