Terms & Conditions
By using Madame TOASST Wines services, such as placing orders on the order form, you are agreeing to all the following Terms & Conditions. Madame TOASST Wines will not be considered responsible for any delay in the delivery of customers orders, should this delay be caused by an event out of its control: T8, Black Rain, Flight incident, COVID infection, etc.
In case of such delay, Madame TOASST Wines will do its best to inform its customers and deliver the products as close as possible to the original delivery date.
In order to place orders with Madame TOASST Wines, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:
To provide personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate;
To be in possession of a valid bank account issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Madame TOASST Wines for payment.
Upon placing an order with Madame TOASST Wines, you authorize Madame TOASST Wines to process a charge to your bank account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order, including shipping costs (if applicable).
All prices listed on the Madame TOASST Wines order form are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Excluding blatant cases or error, Madame TOASST Wines will honour the prices set during the time your order is acknowledged; however, we reserve the right to rectify any errors at our discretion.
Upon discovering a pricing issue with your order, Madame TOASST Wines will contact you as soon as possible to either reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you as such.
In order to place orders with Madame TOASST Wines, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:
Provide personal details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate;
Be in possession of a valid bank account in a licensed bank acceptable to Madame TOAST Wines for payment via FPS or regular transfer.
If a product is not available after your order validation, we will credit / refund the corresponding amount of the product or suggest an adequate replacement.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive your Madame TOASST invoice by email. Orders will only be confirmed upon payment by bank transfer. Any order which has not been paid will not be delivered until payment has been received.
Deliveries will be postponed until further notice when the Red Rainstorm Signal, Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher is hoisted.
Please contact christina@toasst.co within 24 hours of delivery to report broken, corked or otherwise damaged products and to request an exchange.
TOASST reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our site. Toasst Ltd. is not responsible and shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by, or arising from, the consumption of the merchandise sold to its customers.
